A spacious farm style kitchen sink is included for convenience. Dedicated wall heating & cooling units in every bedroom so each occupant chooses the temperature that is more comfortable for them. Designed with several windows and a Solatube in the dining area to let plenty of natural light into your home. A washer & dryer is included. This is an energy efficient, all in one unit that does both, washes and dries saving space and saving you time. Our apartments have dedicated/assigned parking spaces for each unit. This is a smoke free building, so no smoking is allowed in the parking lot or on the decks and balconies. Please keep that in mind. We LOVE pets, but due to the nature of our apartment building, no pets are allowed. NO exceptions. A background check that includes a credit check is required. Perfect credit is NOT required though. Call or text with any questions. We pay for water and garbage collection. Renters are responsible for electricity, internet, satellite/cable. No smoking is allowed on any of our properties, that includes parking lots, decks and balconies. A 14 month lease is required.
