This includes patio, lawn, driveway, etc. The 650-square-foot space is downstairs in a small five-unit building on a quiet residential street. (It's the bottom right unit in photo). Private parking spot holds two cars. (See white car to far right under carport in photo) Rent is $1550 a month and includes water/sewer/trash. It does NOT include: electric, cable, internet. There is no pool. Pet policy: For couples, one pet is allowed on a case-by-case basis. Single renters, two pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. NON-refundable pet fee is $350 per pet. Dog owners must keep lawn clear of waste and keep pet quiet. Proof of rabies vaccine necessary. Cats must be kept indoors. Amenities: Granite kitchen counter, nice shower, tankless water heater, motel-style a/c unit in living room, window a/c unit in bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, all tile floors, patio area, private covered parking next to your unit, lawn maintenance, free shared laundry on premises, well-maintained and attractive building, responsive landlord, and, of course, nightly sunsets at the beach three minutes by foot. Drawbacks: Kitchen space is small. There is not a lot of storage space and no outdoor storage, so this is not a place for a pack rat. Building is walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as intracoastal waterway boat ramp and Kolb Park. Park has ball field, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball and a skateboard ramp. Note: Two of the five units are used for shorter-term and vacation rentals, with a one-week minimum stay. All are well managed and maintained.
