We are renting a furnished 1 bedroom newly renovated efficiency unit with a small living room with TV, free wifi, kitchenette to include a 2 burner cook top, microwave, toaster over, full frig, and coffee maker. We have also provided new cookware and cooking utensils along with a small set of dishes to make you feel right at home. *Room: Double bed ( very lightly used) and a set of linens are provided. A 40" TV is in the room and 2 nightstands. A small unit for hanging and storing clothes are also provided. *Utilities are included as well as WIFI, weekly trash pick up, and a visitors pass will be provided to enjoy the neighborhood amenities such as the beaches and lake. * Month to month renting or long-term rental are both available options. *Private entrance on lower level of a split level home. Key lock doors to main entrance and entrance in to the shared space area. *This is perfect for a single adult, NOT suitable for children. * Private bathroom however it is located in a shared space for laundry. *The laundry room is located in that shared space however, we will limit our use of that particular area of the home to allow for personal space and privacy. *On the property we have a nice above ground pool with a sun deck, fire pit, and you will be welcome to utilize the grill for cooking out. We do have 2 very friendly dogs but they will be kept separate from our tenant accept when in the yard and pool area. No smoking, vapeing, or drugs allowed inside the home. Use the pool and fire-pit at your own discretion as the owners will not be held responsible for injuries, damages incurred, or accidents of the tenant or guests of the tenent. Month to month or long-term renting is available. First months rent and security deposit will be collected upon lease agreement. A background check, credit check, and employer verification will be performed prior to a lease agreement. Will discuss dog/pets upon special circumstances. The tenant will be responsible for keeping the rental unit clean. A visitors pass will be supplied but if it lost or misplaced there is a $50.00 charge to replace it. We ask to always to be respectful and courteous of one another. The security deposit is to cover missed rent payment, cleaning expenses, or damages. The security deposit is refundable upon move out so long as no rent payments were missed and no damages found. We will allow parking in the yard and close to the entrance if needed as well. Our hope is to create additional parking in the near future.
