This cabin borders both the Dry River and the George Washington National Forest. Currently the cabin is set up for use only during the spring, summer and fall. We are looking for someone to move in who will winterize the cabin and make it usable year-round. This is a very, very old cabin. It is over 100 years old. This rental is only for the most hardy people and we are requiring any renter to have experience in remodeling so that this cabin can be made livable year-round. We did upgrade the electric to 200 amp service and a new breaker box so you can run window-unit A/C's or anything else in here easily. We would like the renter to also add a washer and dryer connection at this property, whereas there are currently none. Please see all pictures. This property isn't for most people. There currently is not a stove or kitchen sink. This property needs a LOT of work especially to have a full kitchen. A/C window units permitted, but must be brought by renter. No smoking or vaping under any circumstances either inside or outside will be permitted. No exceptions. 1 Year Lease
