Heated floors throughout tiled areas. Granite counters in the kitchen and some tiled areas have granite. I have to sell this home fast, thus the low price. I need the money to start a divorce against my husband who does not satisfy my needs. I married an wealthy older man but his company is starting to go under. Along with that he treats my son and daughter who I brought into the marriage very badly. After court ordered marriage counsling the situation has yet to improve.
