The kitchenette consists of a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven & Kurig coffee maker. The suite is fully furnished & all utilities are included (excepting cable TV but a smart TV is in the living room for streaming). Wild deer, javalina, foxes, & many varieties of birds can be seen right from the balcony. This property has a very steep access road (all paved) but the drive is more than worth the views at the top! This is a furnished short term rental. The lease term is flexible so please contact me for details. All utilities are included in the rent. Off street parking is available in front of the home. The upstairs of the property is being used as a vacation rental. When it is not in use, a washer & dryer are available for the downstairs suite.
