We built this home to help make our footprint smaller. Like a lot of people, we got caught up in the "tiny house movement" and decided to go for it. This is a cabin-type tiny home with 1 bdr, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, 2 lofts and a porch. We added a utility room onto the back of the house for the water heater and electrical panel. The only problem is that we ran out of money while building it, and no bank would finance us, so the inside still needs work, and the landscaping has not been done. There is a well and public sewer. The lot is located in Spring Township and is served by the Bellefonte School District. It has 100' of width along route 144 and is 150' deep.
