Located on the MARTA bus route and close to both the Candler Park and the Inman Park MARTA stations. Very walkable neighborhood! Crosswalk to additional guest parking across the street. New dual HVACs, one for each floor. The newly renovated kitchen has no slam drawers, shaker style cabinets, butcher block countertops, wooden shelves with beautiful new stainless steel appliances and a white "Cafe" brand French Door Refrigerator with rose gold handles. Cafe, made by GE, is their high end line. It is 1 year old. Eat in kitchen with breakfast table area. The washing machine and dryer are shared with the tenant in the back efficiency apartment. They are located in the shared back entrance/mudroom. From the mudroom, you will enter the house through the door to the left with the deadbolt keypad (you'll also get a key if you prefer to use that). This is ideal because you don't have to haul your clothes to the basement as in many older homes! The w&d are new and new floors and plenty of storage. Large dining room (it's setup as a playroom in the pictures) with a large separate living room including the beautiful original hand carved mantle around the fireplace. The master bedroom has a fireplace as well. All toilets, sinks and mirrors in bathrooms were replaced a year ago or less. The master bedroom is very large. The half bath in the master is very large. It would easily hold an armoire, or a sitting/dressing area. There is a large private backyard (all lawn maintenance is included), private driveway (4 parking spaces, basement with a workshop with cement floors that is great for storage or for someone who likes to have a workshop to do projects. Plenty of room for storage of bikes and other large items. the caveat to the house is there is only full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms not 2 full baths. Unfortunately there wasn't a great way to list that. There are technically 4 bedrooms, one is much smaller than the rest. I'd call it a bonus room that would be great as an office or nursery. There is still plenty of room for a bed and lots of closet space. The other 3 bedrooms are all very large. Curtains/blinds stay if you'd like. There is a possibility the glass porch furniture may stay but that is not certain yet. There is an efficiency apartment in the back. It's a couple, they are quiet, polite and keep to themselves. Additional $250 fully refundable pet deposits for each pet! I require a year lease. I could look at a 6 month lease if the rent is higher. After that you can go month to month with a 60 day notice. No painting or changes are to be made to the property without approval in writing. Private driveway with motion sensor lights. There 4 parking places. Plenty of guest parking across the parking street on Chalmette or the parking pad on the left side of Briarcliff Rd, a little past the house going north. There is a crosswalk right there for ease of crossing. Pets are welcomed as long as they're friendly and trained. There is a $250 per pet deposit. It is refundable. All deposits are refundable other than a $300 cleaning fee from the main deposit if there is no damage beyond than normal wear and tear. I know it doesn't show my number on many sites.
