Large dining room (it's setup as a playroom in the pictures) with a large separate living room including the beautiful original hand carved mantle around the fireplace. The master bedroom has a fireplace as well. All toilets, sinks and mirrors in bathrooms were replaced a year ago or less. The master bedroom is very large. The half bath in the master is very large. It would easily hold an armoire, or a sitting/dressing area. Plenty of guest parking across the parking street on Chalmette or the parking pad on the left side of Briarcliff Rd, a little past the house going north. There is a crosswalk right there for ease of crossing. Pets are welcomed as long as they're friendly and trained. There is a $250 per pet deposit. It is refundable.
