Our home is located on the gorgeous barrier island just out side of West Pam Beach, Florida called Singer Island. It's a lovely lime green ranch style beach house with white Bahama shutters just less then two blocks from the beach. Each room is sunny, clean and bright with great views of the private salt water pool and back yard area. The main living area is a spacious open floor plan with French doors that open to a great screened in porch that doubles the living space. The backyard is a quite sanctuary where you'll hear nothing but the sound of the ocean in the distance and a variety of local birds. The salt water pool and surrounding lounge chairs get's sun most of the day and the house provides a good amount of natural shade over the hammock and sitting areas. There is a BBQ grill and plenty of out door dining and seating for entertaining. We have a large two car garage with access to bikes, beach chairs, umbrella's and beach bags. Our quite neighborhood is right across the street from Ocean Reef Park's public beaches. To access our neighborhood you drive over a little bridge to cross over the inter-coastal where you're greeted by huge palm trees and tons of iguanas. Our house is on Emerald Lane just a two block walk from the beach. There are several amazing restaurants, bars, shops and a new micro-brewery less then a mile away an easy bike ride from Emerald Lane. This area is well know for some of the best scuba diving, fishing and snorkeling in the area located at Phil Foster Park less then two miles away. The perfect evening is waiting at Sailfish Marina with it's amazing views of the inter-coastal and incredible menu. Sailfish Marina also offers boat slip and charters if you love to fish or want to head to the Bahama's for the day. West Palm Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is one hour away by car. No Pets, No Smoking
