The townhouse is located in the Collier Green complex at 1150 Collier Rd NW, about 15 minutes by car from Georgia Tech. A Georgia Tech student is already renting one of the rooms, and the second one is available. The rent is $1000 per month plus utilities. It is a year long lease, 1.5 months deposit, I'll need proof of income and you will have to pass a background check.
