Sorry we do NOT allow satellite dishes to be used in the unit, and will not be allowed. We require a background check that includes criminal, credit and tenant history, and costs $44/person over 18. Pets are okay, only one pet allowed per unit, as long as they are under 18 inches at shoulder/top of back on front legs, and NO Pit Bulls/Pit Bull mix dogs, with an additional $500 ($250 non-refundable) pet deposit and $35/mo pet rent.
