We have loved living here because it is in walking distance of a number of shopping locations, and in between Southern Pines and Pinehurst which is perfect for entertainment and work. The management is helpful and the tennis court and pool and workout facility are great too. The apartment itself is clean and in perfect condition. Owner pays for trash, the tenant is responsible for electric, and water. Pets are allowed for a fee. Subletter would be added to our lease until June 19 when the lease will be put under your name.
