It is 5-7 min drive from Downtown Portland, 2 min walk from the Back Cove (~4 mile loop trail), around the corner from Veranda Thai, Veranda Noodle, Beal's Ice Cream, and Union Bagel! I am offering a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with OFF STREET parking. It can comfortably fit 4 people, but 4 people is the max! The apartment is dog friendly, and dogs are allowed on the furniture so long it is house trained. 1 dog max. The dog CANNOT be a barker, as the apartment shares walls with two neighbors. The property has 3 floors. The bedrooms and bath are located on the top, kitchen and living space on the ground floor, and washer, dryer, and some limited workout equipment in the basement. Smart TV is also available. The apartment is FULLY FURNISHED! Absolutely NO SMOKING of any substance will be tolerated in or on the property.
