We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that's just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night. Ground Level/1st Floor: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, pool, beach floats and toys. The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon and has a gorgeous sparkling, heated, SALTWATER private pool flanked with breezy white curtains and a glass tile waterfall wall. There is a large TV with Roku and cable for your use. The pool is surrounded by a gorgeous paver patio to cool off on with a chic outdoor sectional, sun loungers, and a grill area that features leathered granite countertops to prep your food. Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! Second Floor: The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large center island with counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan. The dining area, which seats 10, is defined by its unique coffered ceilings and capiz shell chandelier. The great room is home to a large sectional and 2 chairs, a 55 " tv with blu-ray disc player and features a 12 foot wide sliding glass door that open up the first floor to a large porch. The charming porch offers relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon. The lagoon waterfall will lull you into relaxation as you kick back on the porch swing bed. Opposite of the swing is a lounge area that can be used for dining al fresco. The 3rd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end pillowtop mattress that you will melt in while watching TV on your large flat screen tv. The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large frameless glass shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 3rd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Both of these rooms have access out onto a large porch overlooking the lagoon. This porch features 2 rocking hammock chairs and a lounge area for morning coffee. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room. The 4th level features a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV. And finally, a place the kids and teens will never forget. Our desert themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds, a play table for coloring and reading books , a playhouse and tunnel, many games and toys, a large flat screen tv/dvd with a library of movies for all ages, and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.
