The unit is two stories with a full kitchen, living area and half bath on the first floor, with a full bath and two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed, full closet, dressers and night stands. The second bedroom offers a Full size bed with a full closet, dresser and night stands. -The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless appliances and is fully equipped with the basic tools for cooking with a Keurig Coffee maker. -Spacious living area with a flat screen TV and Amazon Firestick. We have complimentary Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ included. You will have the ability to login to your personal streaming accounts as well. The first floor has an easy to clean engineered wood flooring with new, soft carpets in the bedroom areas. - Laundry room is on the first floor and is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. - WiFi: High-speed internet with 200 mbps advanced speed - Pets permitted provided they meet insurance requirements (non-aggressive dog breeds, house trained, etc.) with payment of non-refundable pet fee Guest access A keybox is available to allow easy access 24/7 as you come and go. This also allows for an easy check-in and checkout-out process. As backup, we also have additional keys located in a lock box, should it be needed. 1 Month, 3months, 6 months and 1 year lease terms are available. All utilities and amenities are paid by the owner. Tenant is only responsible for Rent and Deposits. Trash service is paid for, but tenant must bring their trash cans to the curb each Friday. Unit is NON SMOKING only. Tenant will forfeit security deposit and may be billed for additional cleaning services if found smoking in the unit. Pets that are acceptable by our insurance (non-aggressive breeds) are welcome but require a $300 non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly pet charge for each pet.
