Our home away from home is now available for long term rental. Second story FULLY FURNISHED apartment including ALL UTILITIES with two king beds, full kitchen including all appliances, dishes, and cookware. This apartment is one long room. Second sleeping area has a privacy screen to separate second sleeping area from the living room area. An Acorn Chairlift is available if required to reach the second floor. Off street parking for two cars, plus private Ring protected entrance in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We do NOT allow smoking in the apartment, but provide a smoking area on patio behind the building. Two desks, office setup, fast internet (WiFi), Dish TV and ROKU, comfortable living room, as well as access to washer and dryer on the first floor. If you're transitioning into Nashville, or assigned to work in the Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, or Nashville area, this is the place for you. 20 minutes to BNA (airport) and another 10 minutes to downtown Nashville, TN. This is a six month lease. Possible extensions will be considered on a month by month basis. All utilities including in monthly rent. (Electric, water, sewer, garbage, cable, internet). Fully heated and air conditioned. Will NOT rent unfurnished. Security deposit will be used if there is damage to property or furnishings during occupancy. No smoking allowed in the apartment or near entrance door. Smoking area provided on patio behind building. Not suitable for small children. Property is protected by RING Doorbell at entrance door. Off street parking provided for two cars next to building on pavement. This apartment is on the same property as our business. You will NOT have access to the swimming pool, basketball or pickle ball court located on the adjacent property. Violation of this rule will terminate this contract. Property will be subject to inspection by owners with 24 hour notice. No exceptions. Owners will be on the property occasionally using the lower portion of the building including the shared washer and dryer. Courtesy will be extended to renters with advanced notice about use of the washer and dryer. Cleaning service is available upon request for additional weekly or monthly charge. No parties or large groups allowed (more than 4 people) on the property at any time. No amplified music or loud noise after 10:00 pm outside the apartment.
