On a clear night you can see the lights of Winchester in the distance.Although the kitchen is small, it has tons of storage space, and I actually like the size because it's very efficient to move from sink to fridge to stove.The entire yard can be cut with just a trimmer. No lawn mower required!There is a lot of wildlife. We regularly see deer, turkey, lots of birds and the occasional fox. The deer love to drink from the two koi ponds on the side of the house.Great privacy even with neighbors nearby. Plus it has a railing and gate for safety.The backyard is fenced in which is great for playing outside and a nice safe area for my dog to run around in while we're gone.There's a sledding track in the back side-yard which is sooo much fun when it snows!I love all the huge windows. They make the house feel very bright and happy compared to most other houses.The wood stove is really cozy. In the winter I love to play in the snow and then come sit by the fire to warm up.There's a huge screen porch that's a nice cool place to hangout on a hot summer day.If you sit real quiet and still on the screen porch you can watch the deer drink from the koi ponds just outside. Sometimes even the baby fawns come in the Spring.
