Renovated in 2003 adding a new island kitchen, remodeled downstairs bathroom, vinyl tilt-in windows, a new roof and gutter system, and a new front door. After the home was sold in 2009, the new owners have since ripped up the carpeting and refinished all the original wood flooring, added a gas stove, a new fence, ripped down the old deck and replaced it with a more modest, modern deck and a stone patio, and meticulous backyard landscaping and gardens.
