Urban homes are cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping team before each guests' arrival. A minimum stay of 90 nights is required for the monthly rental rate listed. Monthly rental is listed for September 1, 2022 through May 31, 2022 only. A non-refundable deposit of the first 29 night's room and tax is due upon reservation confirmation. Reservations are held for the entirety of booking, therefore guests departing early on Extended Stay Discounts must provide a written notice at least 21-days in advance of new departure date. Guests departing an Urban Home without notice will be subject to the full cost of the remainder of stay. Payment arrangements may be made for monthly billing.
