We are looking for a like-minded professional who would add to our community. Someone who is environmentally conscious, willing to compost, reduce their waste, recycle, enjoys chatting with fellow tenants and is willing to help to maintain the communal vibe. Gas range, range hood, and open-concept living/kitchen space include original exposed brick walls and ceiling fans. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, lighting, and shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, heating, and a closet with shelving and hanging space. The back courtyard is for all tenants and is shared with the other buildings. During summer there is a gazebo with couches and plenty of other seating, a natural gas grill for use, and a place to connect with others. There is bicycle storage in the garage off the courtyard for bikes. During the summer months, we BBQ and hang out in the courtyard often and welcome anyone who would like to join.
