Aw Shucks features two spacious bedrooms -- a master bedroom with a queen bed, ocean views and an attached full bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. It is steps from the hall bathroom which has a shower/tub combination. The main gathering space has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Aw Shucks has a full kitchen and dining area with seating for four at the table and additional seating at the kitchen island and on the balcony. There is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator in the unit. A Keurig coffee maker as well as a standard coffee maker are also available. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, glassware and utensils for adults and children. Bed linens and towels can be provided if desired. There are smart TVs in the main gathering space and in each bedroom. There are a variety of games, puzzles and reading materials available to guests. Free internet/wifi is included in the rental price along with all other utilities--water, sewer, trash pickup (dumpster onsite), electricity. The unit rents for $2300.00 per month (3 month minimum lease) and is available September 15, 2024, through April 15, 2025. Owner pays for all utilities including internet, electricity, water, sewer, reserved parking (2 spaces). Security deposit ($2300) due at lease signing.
