    What's special

    Great potential in this well-built, older home. It is in need of repairs. There is a water leak in the crawl space, but location is unknown (when we had the water turned on, we could hear it leaking). The house has been vacant for 2 years (the last occupants were renters that did not take care of the home). In my opinion, it needs a full 'gut', but has great possibilities as a full time residence or as an investment/rental property. Most of the other homes are well cared for, BUT there are a couple that have been boarded up.
