Driveway snow removal is responsibility of owner but snow shoveling of steps and decks are responsibility of tenant. No smoking within the home. There is ample parking in driveway and one garage bay is available to tenant (Summit County does not allow any street parking of vehicles). This lease is for 6 months however it could be modified through the ski season. Small dogs will be considered with $500 non-refundable deposit. First and last months rent ($13,000) along with a security deposit ($4000) are due at time of lease execution.
