This home has been an Airbnb rental for many years, and I'm now switching it over to a full-time rental through the Lease to Locals program. It's a unique and cozy older mountain home that has been well-kept with all the original appliances and furnishings from the 1950s and 1960s. It has a distinct vintage style that makes it truly unique!

Rent: Ranges between $3,200 -$3500 - depending on number of qualifying Lease to Locals tenants (utilities not included)
Utilities (water, trash, electric, gas, etc.) paid by tenants
Tenants must contribute to the snowplow service in winter (cost is split evenly between the two homes on property - there is an ADU next door).
Furnished Ideally renting as-is to someone who appreciates the style, but I'm open to working with a tenant to remove certain items and furniture if needed. Most large furniture will stay.

Lease to Locals Program Requirements:
The owner of this property is participating in the Truckee Lease to Locals Program, aimed at unlocking existing homes for local employee needs. As such, only tenants that meet the following qualifications will be considered for this home:
1. Work for an Employer in the Region At least 50% of the adults over 18 in the household must work at least 20 hours per week for an employer located in the geographic boundaries of the Truckee Tahoe Unified School District (TTUSD).
AND
2. The household's gross annual income cannot average more than $118,125 per adult.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an extra pet deposit if approved.
