An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District, this apartment provides the perfect base to explore the Big Easy. Enjoy easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks. Nearby attractions include Lafayette Square (0.2 miles), Bourbon Street and Canal Street (0.5 miles), Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (0.7 miles), The National WWII Museum (1.2 miles), Mercedes-Benz Superdome (0.9 miles), and House of Blues (0.6 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
