Oversized vehicles must park on the first floor, and additional parking is not available. An additional pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this apartment provides easy access to world-renowned dining, lively bars, and cultural landmarks. Lafayette Square is just 0.2 miles away, while Bourbon Street and Canal Street are 0.5 miles away. Other nearby attractions include the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas (0.7 miles), The National WWII Museum (1.2 miles), the Mercedes-Benz Superdome (0.9 miles), and the House of Blues (0.6 miles). Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Registration Number: 25-XSTR-36313
