Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies).
