Each newly renovated space features a charming kitchenette, a memory foam Nest Bed, and 4K Smart TVs, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay. You can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and access to a washer and dryer in the common laundry area. The fully equipped gym and lobby area are available for use. Surface lot parking behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the partner. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of New Orleans in the heart of the bustling Central Business District. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
