Surface lot parking behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the partner. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. The check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
