Building amenities include a fully equipped gym and a lobby area. If you're traveling by car, be aware that the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the partner. Located in the bustling Central Business District (CBD), this apartment offers a dynamic blend of historic charm and modern sophistication. Lafayette Square is 0.2 miles away. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. The check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. The minimum age is 22 (except students/interns). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
