We also live right by Capital Mall, Safeway, and a bunch restaurants. We have one parking spot on the property, but there is copious parking on the street as well just steps from the front door. We have a dog park walking distance and mailbox is walking distance. Dogs and cats are allowed, but dog restrictions do apply. Rent is $1380 not including water, sewer, trash, and electricity.
