We are accepting applications through Zillow, which requires information about employment history / ability to pay financial obligations, rental history, ID check, credit and background checks.

Application Fee: The Zillow application has a $35.00 fee. The application fee supports the running of credit and housing reports required with each application. Employment History and Sufficient Income: We require net monthly income of 2.5x the amount of the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, or tax records. We can also accept job offer letters if they are signed and can be verified with a company representative. If you are non-salaried, have a non-standard income, or are a business owner, please upload your most recent tax forms.
Credit Check: Applicants are required to undergo a credit check and show proof of positive credit history. There is no minimum credit score required, but we prefer credit reports that demonstrate a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion. If you do not have any credit history, but do have other indications of qualified finances, please apply. Credits checks are completed by Experian through Zillow's application process.
Identity Check: Your identity will be verified through a background check by Contemporary Information Corp. (CIC) as a requirement of Zillow's application process.
Rental History: Rental history must be verifiable from unbiased sources. If your rental history does not include at least 2 previous landlords or 3 years of residential history with contact information, we may follow up to ask for personal references to verify your residential history. If you are new to renting, please apply and we may follow up and ask for personal references in place of renting history.
Co-Signers: Co-signers are allowed. The requirements for co-signers are slightly higher than for occupants.
