Neighborhood and City Regulations: Tenants must comply with all neighborhood and city regulations. Any fines or tickets for non-compliance will be the tenant's responsibility. 5. Property Maintenance: Lawn Care: Tenants must keep the lawn mowed and maintained. Seasonal Maintenance: In the winter, tenants are responsible for keeping the driveway and sidewalks clear of ice and snow. 6. Deposit and Rent Payment: The security deposit is due upon signing the lease. The first month's rent will be adjusted based on the move-in date, and from then on, rent is due on the 1st of each month. 7.
