Just down the street from Flatirons Crossing Mall there is plenty on dining and shopping. The apartment is a corner unit on the third floor. Courts countertops, dark chocolate cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. Your spacious bedroom has a walk in closet and five very large windows looking out to an open view to the mountains. Large white tiled bathroom. There will be legal notarized paperwork upon move in date and you will be held accountable for any damage done to the apartment, furniture, appliances, and electronics.
