This home has been a great home to raise our boys. Located just 4 miles outside Waco, and is not only quite it's location is just right. The houses best feature in my opinion is the huge fireplace, this is not a small fireplace, you can logs in there that are 3 feet long and 12 inches thick A new metal roof was updated 4 years ago as well as a new 5 ton insude and outside a/c unit with a heat pump. I keep my house at 70° year around and my highest bill to date has only been $325.00 in the summer and $270.00 in the winter. All exterior doors have been replaced and 1 bathroom and 2 front bathrooms are redone. All Storm windows have been redone. The property is all fenced with a separate garage and workshop. Also I 2 car carport that we have turned into a nice party area. We also have a 24' round above ground pool with a small deck.
