This is an all brick home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 0.49 acres of land in a beautiful neighborhood. This is a great investment property! Most of the roof/shingles are in great shape except right over the front door and the flat part of the roof over the carport. Both of these spots will need a new piece of decking and shingles reinstalled. The only water damage in the home is right over the front door. Besides these two areas, the shingles aren't very old and are in great shape. The tree limbs can be cut back to avoid this happening again in the future or I would recommend cleaning out the gutter after the fall season. The inside of the home needs a lot of cleaning, painting, remodeling, and tlc but there are no soft spots in the floors and the structure of the home seems very solid. This home is surrounded by beautiful homes in multiple subdivisions and has great potential! I bought it to remodel and ended up getting a promotion at work and do not have the time to remodel it anymore. I will sell it for cash and will also consider owner financing if the down payment is substantial. Do not expect to get any traditional or FHA financing on this home until it has been remodeled.
