Our application process is: There is a $50.00 application fee for each person over 18-this is for a background check, credit check, and proof of employment. We only do a soft credit check-so we just look at evictions and foreclosures, not your actual credit score. The deposit is the same as the rent-but it can be split between two months to help. The pet fee is $250.00.
