    1140 Robert Ridge Court is located 9 miles form Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, a 15 minute drive. The owner of this property has loved and cared for it, as long as she has owned it. For Example, all windows, including the sliding glass doors were replaced with thermal windows in 2017. The owner also installed a high quality solid wood decorator door at the front entry. A new tankless water heater was installed in 2018.The air conditioning and heating system was replaced in 2010. In 2017 the owner installed a new PVC (vinyl) fence around the large back yard. The fence has locking gates on both sides of the house and at the rear of the lot which accesses the sidewalk that runs behind the houses throughout the community. The septic tank is in good condition. The drain field was replaced in 2016. The swimming pool was resurfaced in 2019.
