The range is brand new, as are the draperies. Everything has been freshly painted. The neighborhood is mostly made up of single family residences. There is a bus stop one block away, and shopping is within about a mile from the apartment. I manage this building, and I live about five minutes away. The lease is for one year with a monthly payment of $ 1350. the security deposit is also $ 1350 as well. Owner pays for water, the tenants pay for gas and electricity. No smoking, and no pets are allowed. A garage space is available for off street parking. Some storage in the stall is acceptable, as long as the car fits in as well. The lease is for one year. The tenant is required to maintain the property in the same condition as when first leased, including sanitary and safety issues. The lease payments are due on the first of each month, with a grace period until the third day of the month. Late fees will be charged at a rate of $10 per day after the third of the month.
