Pet will be considered only after positive pet references have been verified from previous landlord. If approved, proof of current vaccinations and local licensing documentation are also required before signing the lease and pet addendum. Additional pet rent and larger cleaning/damage deposit are required. 4) Our units are Non-Smoking/Vaping. We do not allow smoking or vaping by the tenants and/or their guests. This includes medical marijuana. This includes anywhere on the property.
