3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms! The first full bathrooms we use as our kiddos and the communal bathroom. It is the bathroom that meets you at the living room entrance. We took the carpet out of the living room space and added beautiful vinyl wood flooring. It makes the home look so much more modern and definitely adds more value! Less mess and germs! The kitchen is open and you could add an island if you want, we have a table that wraps around the wall that definitely adds more space! We are a family of four so we definitely need it! The laundry room is across from bedroom #2. The master bedroom has a nice walk in closet with an organizational system. It definitely makes things a bit easier! All 3 bedrooms have sizable closet space. The backyard is fully fenced and has a small area for your bbq grill and sitting area. Our favorite area is the front though! The front pond is really nice! We have had ducks brood for years under the bench and frogs croak while the flowers bloom. It’s just an outdoor oasis! Community pool & playground.
