A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
