This one bedroom/one bathroom unit (unfurnished) has a total of 540 square feet, including an open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen is lit by windows and a skylight and features a high-end electric range, dishwasher, and stacked washer and dryer. The bedroom includes a spacious closet. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination and open shelving. The unit has a heat pump and central air conditioning. Given that it is a new building, it is quite energy efficient. The unit is designed for privacy and has a lovely back patio shaded by mature fruit trees. You are provided with a dedicated driveway for off-street parking. Our lively neighborhood includes grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, a craft brewery, and food trucks within a ten minute walk. We live in the main home on the property and are friendly but discreet. Please note that we will only schedule tours for people who are serious about the property. We are not a property management company, but rather homeowners with full time jobs who are looking for someone to share our property. This requires that we must be discerning in setting up visits. So, we ask that you write a personalized note about how the property aligns to your needs and what kind of neighbor you would be. We will also ask that you have a short phone conversation to go over key details before scheduling a visit. Thank you in advance for your understanding. The property is available starting 12/1/25. We require a one year month lease, with a full month's rent ($2,400) and security deposit ($2,400) due upon signing (total of $4,800). Unverifiable income will not be considered. -Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. -Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. -Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 660. -A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -Applicant must be a non-smoker. -No pets are allowed in the unit.
