Family-friendly amenities include a Pack N Play and high chair. *Newly-renovated 5-bedroom (+study), 5-bathroom house spanning 3 levels: *sleeps 12 guests in 8 beds *two King size primary bedrooms w/ensuites *large basement is your entertainment hub w/a big screen TV, shuffleboard, and foosball table *mountain views More About The Space -Primary suites (located on the main level and the upper level) include 42" Smart TVs -Queen size bedroom has direct access to another bathroom and has a small "baby" room located right next to it (all located on the main level) -3rd King size bedroom is located in the basement and has access to a full bathroom (unattached) -Last bedroom (located upstairs) includes side-by-side beds and has a full bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. Inside this "kids" room, you will find many books and toys for children's enjoyment (look in the closet for a cool hidden tent). The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs for 12 people and includes a full size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machines. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Basement includes a large living area, 65" Smart TV, multiple board games, and a poker mat that rolls out on the tables with a full set of cards and chips. Basement also includes a large dining table, plus 2 additional 6-foot-long fold-out tables and 12 chairs. Outdoor amenities include a patio and seating for 6, along with a BBQ grill. Owner pays all utilities. This is a medium term rental (over 30 days) and we are open to extensions past the original term.
