It is a very easy drive to access NC Route 64 and convenient to SW Cary Parkway. Please message us for a tour. We are flexible but tours will be between 10AM and 6PM on a virtual basis. One year minimum on lease and up to a two year option. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric & water), landscaping, cable, and internet. Cable and Internet is not included but hook ups for AT&T and Spectrum are both available. Full sized washer and dryer are in the unit. There is a strict NO SMOKING policy. Property does not come furnished. There is an initial $300 pet fee due at time of deposit. There is an additional $25 monthly pet fee per pet. All pets need to be approved by the home owner on a case-by-case basis. A picture, name, and weight of the pet must be provided prior to a move-in date. No more than 2 pets total at a time. Any damages to property will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
