The laundry room is a shared space, accessible during non-quiet hours, with separate entrances from the apartment and outside the house for other guests. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property, cancellation of your reservation without a refund, and a $500 fine. The apartment has a no-shoes policy on area rugs and in bedrooms, and sensitive plumbing requires only toilet paper to be flushed. The lawn area is shared, but beyond the wooden fence is private. Only five guests are allowed, and any additional person not listed on the reservation will incur a penalty of $100 per person, per night, with immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Social gatherings, visits from unlisted guests, and parties are strictly prohibited, with quiet hours after 10 pm. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes, and checkouts after 12 pm will incur an additional night's charge. For stays of 14 nights or more, a $50 cleaning charge applies, and for stays of 28 nights or more, a $100 cleaning charge applies, payable before your stay. Please turn off all air conditioning units before leaving the apartment. The apartment includes a contemporary desk in one of the bedrooms, providing a comfortable space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
