Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes, and checkouts after 12 pm will incur an additional night's charge. For stays of 14 nights or more, a $50 cleaning charge applies, and for stays of 28 nights or more, a $100 cleaning charge applies, payable before your stay.
