I personally offer stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer for use with lease. All pets welcome (within normal quantities) Horses welcome too! There are currently 4 stable rental spaces available in the barn. Use of tack room/storage, riding arena and pastures upon request and with respect to the schedules of the riding lessons. SMOKING: outdoor is OK. Indoor smoking will require an additional $25/month.
