Our apartment is up on the 10th floor which makes it very breezy. It also includes ocean and Diamond Head views. Rent includes water and sewage. Tenant pays electricity and other utility bills. One month's rent deposit required. All photos include furniture but we are planning on selling it all before we move out. We are open to leaving some in the apartment if the new tenant wants it. Our building is a block away from Waialae Street so it's walking-distance from some of the best coffee shops and restaurants on the island. It's also a 15 minute drive from the beach or Waikiki!
