This great home has about all the outdoor space you could possibly want and its located in Boise. Home comes on one full acre with the option of a second acre to be added on. Pool in the backyard is scheduled to be open in about two weeks. This is technically a two bedroom home at the moment but will have egress windows installed in the basement mid June that will classify it as a four bedroom. Construction will take about five days for this renovation and those two rooms will need to be vacant in the basement. Pool will have regular service included.
