There is a 1999 model single wide trailer on site that will have to be destroyed and removed. Title can not be had and it is beyond salvage. The onsite septic is an older CCblock system 1000 gal tank that no longer meets code. Highest and best use of this site is believed to be as an RV, cabin, campsite. There is some question still regarding proper placement of the access and a survey will likely be required.
